Nestled in the heart of Greenville’s Augusta Road neighborhood lies one of the South’s most historic and prestigious country clubs. The Greenville Country Club, founded in 1905 and chartered in 1914, combines the best of an exclusive social club atmosphere with the amenities of South Carolina’s finest country club.
Designer Notes
Rees Jones collaborated with his father on this design in 1970. It was completely upgraded to modern standards in 2001. This course has been on Golf Digest’s list of America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses since 1975.
